What are the requirements to open an account with Leading Brands Logistics LLC (LB) and who are your clients?

  • LB is an online B2B wholesale & export company, therefore we sell to established business accounts only. We will require a copy of a TAX ID or Resale Certificate for all US-based clients and a copy of your company’s Business Registration for International clients. Our clients are predominantly:
    • Distributors
    • E-Commerce (Online) Retailers
    • Small & Large Retailers
    • Trading Companies
    • Wholesalers

How do I open an account and get the best pricing for your products?

  • To open an account is FREE. Simply click “REGISTER” in the menu bar above and complete our New Account Registration form. Once verified you will receive an email giving you access to our Price List | Order Guide. A version of the Price List | Order Guide (with UPC Codes) is also available for download in EXCEL.

I have registered but I don’t see your Price List | Order Guide in my inbox. What should I do?

  • Kindly check your spam/junk folder and whitelist our from email address in your contact list or address book to receive all future emails. The following webmail providers; AOL, Yahoo, & Hotmail, throttle their delivery, which can sometimes result in emails taking about 24 hours to be delivered to a specific email account.

What are your methods of payments?

  • LB accepts the following prepaid method of payments:
    • International Wire Transfers. (This is the only method accepted for International Orders)
    • Direct Cash Deposits
    • Checks & Money Orders (Funds must be cleared before orders are processed).
    • Credit Cards from US-based clients only (Coming Soon!!).

Do you offer credit terms?

  • Based on the nature of our business we are unable to offer credit terms.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

  • Yes, the minimum order quantity is US$2000.00. Full case quantities only. Plus Shipping.

How do I place orders?

  • Orders are placed from the Price List | Order Guide received via email. By clicking on the “Click Here To Order Now” button you will download a purchase order form which you will use to place your order. Orders can be placed 24/7.

How long will my order take to ship?

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours, once payment is received before 12:00 PM EST.

How can I track my order?

  • We email tracking numbers the same day or within 24 hours an order is shipped. The email will include a link to track your order. Please allow 24 hours for shipments to be registered online as it takes shipping companies some time to update their records. Most Courier and LTL orders can be tracked online, however, not all shipments can be tracked. Ocean Container & Full truckload shipments may not be tracked online in real time. We will provide you with the carriers contact details for you to reach out to them for an updated ETA.

Do you offer volume/large quantity discounts?

  • Yes, we are pleased to offer discounts based on order volume.

What are the expiration dates on your products?

  • All products we supply are delivered in their manufacturers sealed cases with expiration dates of at least one year or more. Expiration dates are clearly stated beside each item on quotes and invoices.

Who pays the freight?

  • Payment of freight charges is the responsibility of the client. All freight ships F.O.B. from our logistics partner’s warehouses in New Jersey & New York City. We pride ourselves in getting the lowest prices for your shipment.

How will I know the freight charges for my order?

  • Freight charges are based on order’s weight, cubic dimensions and destination. These charges will be quoted on Proforma Invoices.

Can we arrange to pick up our order from your logistics partner’s warehouse?

  • Yes, Ex-Works Fee: $25 for the first pallet and $15 each additional pallet.
  • Full Truckload: $150
  • Warehouse Fee: First day is free and $5 per day per pallet including weekends thereafter.

Do you sell Overstock/Closeout merchandise?

  • No, we don’t. We sell 100% brand new factory sealed merchandise, still in its original packaging.

Do you offer Drop Shipping?

  • LB does not operate a Drop Shipping program per say, but we can drop ship and/or blind ship any order on your behalf. Simply request your order to be Blind Shipped and it won’t have any reference to LB. We can also use your own company branded Paperwork to accompany the shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do. We work with experienced logistics experts to handle all international shipments.

Where is your warehouse/showroom located?

  • As a strictly online based company, we don’t have our own warehouse or showroom. We ship all orders directly from manufacturers and suppliers to our clients.
