Claims, Returns & Refund Policy


  • Carrier Claims: Claims for defective shipping cartons and shortages in shipment must be filed by the customer and reported within 24 hours of the time of delivery. Include all relevant pictures and documents to support your claim.
  • Return Goods Policy: Written request must be sent to LB listing LB Invoice number before any merchandise can be returned. Written authorization will be given by LB prior to return of merchandise.
  • Merchandise Returnable for Credit: Credit will be issued on the original net purchase price. Only unopened cartons will qualify for return.
  • Freight & Returned Goods Credit: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all returns shall be shipped prepaid to LB. Credit will be granted as follows:
    • Defective merchandise – at the time of receipt 100% credit or replacement
    • LB shipping error – 100% credit
    • Salable merchandise, unopened cartons returned with written authorization within 75 days – 80% credit
    • Salable merchandise, unopened cartons returned with written authorization within 150 days – 50% credit
    • Merchandise unsuitable for resale because of age, obsolescence or expiration date – No credit
